Before you email

A few things we can usually solve faster than a reply can:

• Pro features not unlocking? Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen — this re-links your Apple ID purchase.
• Cancelling a subscription? Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RealEdits → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• How-to questions? The FAQ covers recording, editing, music, voiceover and exporting step by step.

Reporting a problem

If something’s broken, these details help us fix it fast:

• Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
• What you were doing when it happened
• A screen recording or screenshot if you can grab one
