1.About these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and In House Media Pty Ltd ("we", "us") covering your use of the Chore Fun Wheel app ("the app") on Apple devices. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2.Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in line with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We own the app and all of its content, design and branding.

3.Pro upgrade (in-app purchase)

• The app offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade (A$4.99, or the equivalent in your local currency) that unlocks additional features.
• It is a single purchase, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge.
• Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details.
• Family Sharing is supported: once purchased, Pro can be shared with members of your Apple Family Sharing group at no extra cost.
• You can restore a previous purchase at any time using the app's Restore option.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.Fair use

Please use the app as intended: a fun way for households to organise chores. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in any unlawful way.

5.Families and children

Chore Fun Wheel is designed for use by the whole household. Children should use the app with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. Purchases require the device's Apple Account authorisation, which parents can control through Apple's parental controls and Ask to Buy.

6.No guarantees, and limits on our liability

The app is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — where such rights apply, our liability is limited to re-supplying the app or the cost of re-supply.

7.Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

8.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

1.What we collect: nothing

Chore Fun Wheel does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. Everything you enter in the app — names, chores, spins, settings — is stored only on your device (and in your own device backups, such as iCloud backup, which are controlled by you and Apple, not us).

2.No accounts, no tracking

• No account or sign-up is required, and none is offered.
• The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not use cookies or identifiers to track you or your family.

3.Children's privacy

Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect no personal information from children. The app is designed to be family-safe: no ads, no external links inside the family experience, no chat, and no data leaving the device.

4.Purchases

The optional Pro purchase is processed entirely by Apple. Apple's handling of your payment information is described in Apple's own privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. We receive no personal or payment details from your purchase.

5.Your choices

Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control: deleting the app deletes the app's data from your device. If you use iCloud backup, you can manage that in your device settings.

6.Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page first and note the change in the app's update notes before it takes effect.
